5. User Content

5.1 Ownership You retain ownership of all content you submit. 5.2 License Grant By posting content, you grant Shegasab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: • Use • Display • Reproduce • Distribute your content for platform operation and promotion. 5.3 Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it: • Is lawful and accurate • Does not infringe intellectual property rights • Does not contain harmful, abusive, or misleading material

6. Prohibited Conduct

Shegasab is not a financial institution, broker, or investment advisor We do not verify or guarantee: • Investor credibility • Funding opportunities • Success of any project Users must: • Conduct their own due diligence • Assume all risks related to investments, gifts, or collaborations Shegasab is not liable for financial losses or disputes between users.

8. Messaging and User Interactions

• Users are solely responsible for their communications • We do not monitor all interactions but may review content for safety • We are not responsible for: - Misconduct by users - Misrepresentation - Offline interactions
